How long should an ice machine last?
Today's machines are much more reliable than in years past. A new
machine can last as long as 10 years, depending on water quality,
frequency of use and environmental conditions. Humidity, dust and salt air
can severely shorten the lifespan of an ice maker. Ideal operating conditions
are an air conditioned interior room or hallway.
Where do I get service for an ice machine?
Factory trained service technicians are available world wide. We can
assist in locating a service technician in your area.

What warranties are available from the manufacturers?
- Hoshizaki offers a 3 year parts and labor warranty on
all parts of
the cubers and 5 years on the compressor; 2 year parts and labor
warranty on all parts of the flakers and 5 years on the compressor.
- Manitowoc offers
a 3 year parts and labor warranty on all parts
of the cubers and dispensers. An additional 2 years on the parts &
labor of the evaporator and an additional 2 years on the compressor
parts.
