MIPS, LLC is the manufacturing entity for Mobile Ice Production Systems and ICE QIK (R) . The mobile ice production system is a container mounted self contained ice maker that is transportable by truck, rail or container ship for ice generation in areas not served by traditional ice plants. ICE QIK (R) is a currency operated bulk ice dispenser. The volume of ice dispensed may be set between 5 lbs up to 12 lbs for a $1.00 currency vend. The machine is self contained and designed for 24 hours per day, 7 days a week operation. It may be installed inside a building or outside with only top coverage. The 500 series requires 115 volt, 20 amp circuitry and the 1000 series requires a 230 volt, 15 amp circuit.
